The courier is not required to call you before delivery, unless they need additional directions to reach your address.

However, you can track your shipment using the link provided in the email you will receive once the package has been handed over to the courier.

If you have an account on ragno.com, you can check your order status by logging in and visiting the dedicated section.

If you don’t have an account, you can still follow your shipment using the tracking link included in your order confirmation email.
