How do I return my order?

We encourage you to try on and carefully check the items as soon as you receive them.

If you wish to return a product, you have 30 days from the delivery date to send it back.
Please make sure the items are intact, unused, and complete with original tags and packaging.

Once in the returns section:

Enter your order number (found in your order confirmation email)
Enter the email address used for the purchase

At the end of the process, you’ll receive an email with detailed return instructions, which will include:

The option to schedule a home pickup with the courier or to drop off the package at a post office or collection point
A prepaid shipping label to print and attach to the package
