Your return will be processed within 14 days of receipt, as stated in our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been completed, which will be issued using the same payment method used for the order.
Please note that it may take a few days for the amount to appear in your account due to processing and transfer times.

If you paid for shipping and decide to return the entire order, the shipping costs will also be refunded.
