What do I do if I have not received the order confirmation?Updated 5 months ago

If it is not present, please contact the customer service so that they can verify if the order has been correctly generated.

It is possible that a typo was made during the compilation, but don’t worry, just provide us with the correct email address so that we receive all communications correctly.

Once your order has been handled internally, TNT will take care of the delivery and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with details and tracking number.
